1. Use of the service

You are responsible for the campaign content you create and for ensuring you have the right to store the data you upload. You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access another agency's data, or interfere with its operation.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

5. Promoter campaigns

Promoters are responsible for their campaign descriptions, prizes, draw dates, eligibility requirements, official rules, privacy notices, legal compliance, fulfilment, and communications with participants. Participants must review the terms and conditions supplied by the relevant promoter before entering a campaign. Viral Referral Engine provides software infrastructure and does not guarantee a promoter's prize, draw, reward, offer, claim, or campaign outcome.

6. Campaign-specific losses

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viral Referral Engine is not liable for losses, costs, claims, or disputes arising from a promoter's campaign, including unavailable prizes, rejected entries, changes to campaign rules, missed deadlines, or promoter decisions. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
